Every Friday night here at Jake Smith Music we give students the opportunity to jam and meet new friends in a band setting. Students pick their favourite songs to learn and play. We also help the bands write their own songs.  

Our 8-week classes offer a wonderful introduction to music, specially designed for parents and toddlers. These sessions provide a unique opportunity to explore the joy of music together, laying the foundation for a lifelong love of learning."

Students are introduced to the basics of playing in a rock band. Each band will learn how to write their own songs and play classic cover songs by AC/DC , Guns N Roses , The White Stripes and many more. 

Students are introduced to the basics of chord progressions /song writing and recording. Each group will write original songs and learn how to play songs by artists such as Luke Bryan, Jonny Cash, Miranda Lambert and many more. 

Students will learn to compose, arrange, and produce their own tracks using industry-standard software. Whether you're into electronic beats or acoustic vibes, our experienced producers will guide you through the exciting journey of creating your own unique sound during this one week music camp.
